Dr. Justin Marcus is a triple board-certified neurologist (Neurology, Clinical Neurophysiology, and Epilepsy) with over a decade of post-fellowship experience in academic and hospital-based practice. He is currently the Stroke Director and Neurohospitalist at Englewood Hospital, where he oversees acute stroke operations and performance metrics.

Dr. Marcus began his training at Duke University (Psychology, Neuroscience concentration), earned his MD at the University of Miami (research distinction in vascular neurology), and completed his internal medicine internship and neurology residency at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell and Memorial Sloan Kettering, followed by a clinical neurophysiology (epilepsy) fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital. His clinical and academic work has spanned major medical centers including Weill Cornell, Lenox Hill, and RWJ Barnabas, with particular depth in acute stroke care, inpatient and outpatient general neurology, epilepsy, and medical education.

Dr. Marcus provides non-clinical consulting, including record review, case analysis, education, and advisory services. He does not provide medical care through this website, and no physician–patient relationship is created.
